Print Finishing & Production Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Print Finishing & Production Support Specialist to join our production team, with a focus on envelope operations and print finishing. This is a full-time, entry-level position and we are happy to train the right person.

You’ll help bring projects across the finish line by folding, binding, trimming, running envelope equipment and delivering so everything leaves the shop looking Ideal.

The Role

  • Operate envelope equipment to produce quality results (feeding, setup and basic adjustments).

  • Fold, trim, bind and assemble printed materials.

  • Work closely with the production and leadership team to meet deadlines and ensure quality work.

  • Review job tickets to determine project specifications.

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

  • Prepare completed jobs for pickup and delivery.

  • Make local deliveries to ensure jobs reach customers accurately and on time.

  • Serve as a professional point of contact when interacting with customers during deliveries.

  • Assist with basic administrative and production support tasks as needed.

  • Ability to identify and report technical issues and take corrective action as-needed.

  • Frequent standing and/or walking.

  • Manual dexterity required.

  • Use color vision to identify and distinguish color discrepancies and shifts in movement.

  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • High School education or equivalent (preferred)
